While Royito’s is fantastic as a stand alone dipping salsa, the true beauty of it comes through in the simplicity and flavor it brings to cooking. While most hot sauces are used sparingly to give a vague spicy kick at the end of a finished dish and most salsas are primarily for dipping with little to no uses in the kitchen, Royito’s stands alone in a category of its own. It brings flavor and spice in a way that complements, not overpowers, the other flavors in the dish.
